LoLi Crafts – Refund & Warranty FAQ Do I need to pay a deposit? Yes. All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. This deposit covers material costs and is non-refundable. Can I get a refund? Because every item is custom-made, refunds are not available once production has started. Refunds are only considered if LoLi Crafts cannot complete the order. Is there a warranty? Yes! Every item comes with a two-year warranty covering craftsmanship and materials under normal use. • The warranty does not cover improper care or physical damage caused by the client. • Following our care guidelines will help keep your warranty valid. How do you ensure quality? All items undergo a strict quality check before delivery. Orders are delivered either by LoLi Crafts or a trusted courier. What should I do when my item arrives?
