LoLi Crafts – Refund & Warranty FAQ
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. This deposit covers
material costs and is non-refundable.
Can I get a refund?
Because every item is custom-made, refunds are not available once production has
started. Refunds are only considered if LoLi Crafts cannot complete the order.
Is there a warranty?
Yes! Every item comes with a two-year warranty covering craftsmanship and
materials under normal use.

The warranty does not cover improper care or physical damage caused by the
client.

Following our care guidelines will help keep your warranty valid.
How do you ensure quality?
All items undergo a strict quality check before delivery. Orders are delivered either
by LoLi Crafts or a trusted courier.
What should I do when my item arrives?
Inspect your item upon delivery and let us know within 7 days if you notice any
issues.
